Ok, you all should look at this:

International Students applying for a job in Singapore:

1. Once you have secured an offer of employment in Singapore, the Manpower Ministry will want an original document from UOL verifying that you have been awarded your degree. At the moment, the UOL Notification of Results or a letter from SIM are both insufficient evidence.

2. While it is possibly that ICA issues the employment pass before the final exam results are released, most graduates found that ICA requires proof of completion before an employment pass or S pass is issued.

3. International students can start looking for a job in Singapore before the results are out, but be mindful that they may only be able to get the right employment or S-pass approved after the results are out.

4. Verification letters from UOL are to be requested from the transcripts office of University of London. You will need to request for one and pass it on to ICA/Manpower Ministry before you may be issued the right pass. It may involve payment in £. Their email address is transcripts@lon.ac.uk.

5. Again, after getting employment in Singapore, please update the SIM Students’ Portal with your work details.

I was invited for second interview and they said the same things to me about the employment pass thing :(

It's kind of wasting my time this 1 month applying for hundreds of jobs when at the end the fact that S pass or employment pass can only be approved when results are out, and we need a document from UOL.

But, I do learn so many things from 3 interviews. It's kind of preparing myself for the real job which I always want.

Now I have to change my plan for about 3 months ahead, what to learn more, how to upgrade myself and learn new things.

I was walking around with Dewi few weeks ago before she went back Indo,

and saw this at 313. Many characters of CLIF drama (police show at channel 8)

and there was like a quiz, asking us to take photo with either one, and twitpic it.

So I choose to take photo with Elvin (so confuse leh Elvin or Ping Hui arrr?) haha..

and the photo taken by my BB at the photo shoot for banner day..

had a tomato japanese noodle at Takashimaya.. it has been more than 10 years there!! and still as good as before :)

Borrowed some books at National Library for Kent. Sis read it every day for him before he sleeps.

it's so much more interesting than taking train! ^^

Oh ya, there will be a program of Couple Encouragement at my church St Anthony on 24th June,

it is for married couple who wants to renew their love with their spouse,

Father Gerard encourage couples to sign up for this,

he said sometimes after 1 year of marriage, couples tend to be so loving,

2nd year is like friend,

3rd year is like relative,

4th year start to be like enemy,

5th year want to kill each other,

6th year want to divorce.

I think it's quite right as I have seen it in my own family too.

Never expect that Pastor Gerard will tell us jokes also, since he always look serious :')

It has been 4 years !

It has been a month since I finished my degree's exams.

Have been looking for a job while waiting for result, but it seems so difficult.

It's so hard to find a job now for a foreigner thanks to S Pass issue,

and getting employment pass seems impossible for a fresh graduate with no experience.

Apply jobs everyday, and it has been hundreds of companies I tried apply to.

There was once an interview in an audit firm,

but I think it's unsuccessful for the interview.

And they complaint about the salary expectation (the pass matter) even in the first interview!

Ya, it's a great experience for me, make me know that you can't get everything you want so easily.

That's why when later u get it, you will cherish it, and bring the best of you to do it.

I really thanks my beloved lecturer James, because I did asked him to be my reference in my CV.

He asked me to sent him my CV and I sent him with my reference written as : available as requested,

and he did sms me to put his name on the reference. :')

I know he helps me a lot with my studies in my last year, and I hope I won't disappoint him

for my FR and MA result.

My activities stay the same everyday, seems quite boring compare to my friends,

who all might having their enjoyable holiday.

I stay at home taking care of Kent, who become more and more active,

can't even stop for a minute for us to rest.

It seems that he's a hyperactive child, and we are all very tired.

~ ~ ~

Family problem. Again. and again.

It will never end I think. I never have a happy family,

and I have admit on this fate, I have accepted it.

Being struggle for years since I was a child,

now I begin to accept that everything is not like what I want.

If you have a wonderful happy family there, you better stop complaining about your life,

or I will cut off your tongue,

because there are so many people in this world want to have the position you have right now!

It's been such a long time I never share my personal life in my blog.

In the past, I always write in my blog almost everyday about my feeling and my activities.

If you're close to me, you will know how many times I have been very down and low in my life,

because of pimples problem.

I feel I'm the ugliest girl in this world with these naughty pimples all around my face,

plus some of my friends who did mention about it,

asking me to stop using make up, etc.

Then are you asking me to go out without a powder and show myself to the whole world,

that my face is now like this? How can I see myself doing that?

It has been 4 years, and every where I go,

the result will be the same, eat antibiotic or hormone pills.

The last choice is quite problematic, and it has quite a lot of side effects.

National Skin Center won't allow you to take this medicine unless you have a blood test,

and will eat it based on your weight.

I went to this clinic at Bukit Batok, recommended by my mummy's friend,

and ya, they finally give me this medicine, because antibiotic and hormone can no longer help me.

This medicine is to control the oil in my face, and it's damn so expensive!

I think other clinic, every clinic you go will give you this and it's like almost guaranteed will get well.

That's why so many of my friends solve their pimples problem, I guess they consume this

without going through consuming antibiotic and hormone.

I hope this last choice will help, I don't want to spent any more of my parent's money on my face.

It has been 4 years. I'm really tired.

Random shots with mum and sis few days ago at Nex.

it's the first time I went there, and I love it ! so complete there, got pet shops, pet training center,

water playground for children, a lot of foods, a lot of fashion store.

Then the day after that, my sis and I went to bugis,

shop till drop at bugis street.

I bought 3 earrings with owl pictures

I give 1 to my cousin, Tin2.

My sis bought 3 vintage rings, gave 1 to me and 1 for Tin2.

we had our dinner at pastamania.

actually I'm quite traumatize with pastamania since the first time I tried the pizza and beef lasagna, but I decided to try the spaghetti.

I ordered the meetball, which is the chef's recommendation...

but.....

I still don't like it !!! =(

sis had the beef bolognese, and it tasted better.

the only thing I can recommend is :

strawberry soda!

maybe the next time I visit pastamania, I won't have the pasta anymore,

but only have the drink + fried snack.

Having a good day with sis at Orchard yesterday.

It has been quite a long time since we out together,

just to have a light snack together,

chatting, sharing, and planning for future together :')

some photos before we went out (don't copy the way I took it ;P)

we first went to Big Zara at Orchard near the Borders.

I fall in love with this skirt so much at the first time I went in to the store !

yes, colourful skirt is now so "in" in the fashion industry,

think gonna got 1 from online shop, cause the price is much cheaper.

After that we went to Orchard Central to have our snack.

and guess who we saw there ??

it's Kent's favourite cartoon character ! haha..

so decided to take photo with it and show to Kent that I met his idol =P

Decided to have our chat at Fruit Paradise, since sis said it tasted heavenly.

The tart set is $9.80 (Total will be $12) with a big tart and a choice of tea/coffee.

We choose Banana chocolate as the tart. Taste really nice, highly recommended!

and the tea we choose.... hmm.... sorry forgot the name, dunno pink what...

I tell you, "kero" eyes is really so "in" now ;P

So it's time to bring Kent to zoo, as we have promised to go there after I finished my final exams.

took photo before heading to zoo is a must ! =D

I have gained weight lately, so sianzz, wear any dress also seems so weird.. =="

Even the chili slimming cream doesn't seems to help this time :'(

Okay, it sounds like a waste going to zoo now, because the 2 little pandas haven't arrive here at Spore,

but personally, I don't really care about those pandas, haha...

everyone always think the white tiger is the most beautiful creature there, but somehow I like zebra more =P

cause he wanted to touch everything, every animal, and I don't think it's 100% safe there.

Kent like to play at the water land more than exploring animals.

we had lunch at kfc, and falling in love with the seats =D

RIP Tulang :'(

A day after my MA exam, I received a bad news right after I woke up in the morning,
a news that my tulang (uncle) who is my step mom's brother,
was crashed by a huge truck at Tebing Tinggi, and was brought to Medan in a coma condition.

We were all very down that time,
didn't know that it all happened so sudden,
he is one of my close family member, and you can read from this link,
how he means a lot in my family.
MY BELOVED

This was how the situation at that time:

my tulang sit at the front-left, which made him the main victim :'(

nothing happened to the driver, or I would said only a small injury, u can see from the right side of the car.

this is the big truck that knock down by the car.

Ya, the news appeared on the newspaper front page, and that is the picture of my tulang who was unconscious that time.

everyone was praying so hard that he can recovered,
the doctor there didn't want to operate him,
cause he said it's too dangerous.
and, right at the day before my FR and FI exam,
around 7+ pm, he really have left us all...
What a shocking news...
right after the news, I no longer have the mood to study..
Even at the exams the day after he's gone, I'm still thinking about the days when we spent with him.. :(

Can u imagine how it feels when you lose someone who usually live with you in the same house,
I know it's only when I'm in Indo,
but the memories are all still clear in my mind..
He takes care of my family a lot,
especially of my sister, because she need to travel Spore-Medan.

He always willing to sacrifice his time for my family,
My mom has regarded him as her own son,
and it really should not happened to him if the driver drives not so fast :(

He's only 29, and everyone can't accept the fact that now he's gone..
my brother in Indo cried a lot,, keep asking him to wake up and stop playing with us...

REST IN PEACE TULANG....
YOU WILL ALWAYS STAY IN OUR HEART...
I BELIEVE GOD WILL GIVE YOU HIS BEST PLACE IN HEAVEN....

it's so hard to believe it... when you always be there with us....

no one tease me anymore when I'm in Indo, no one cook the best noodle for us in the middle of the night when we're hungry...

I won't forget the trip we had last time.....

I always wanted to bring my whole family to USS once I got a job in Singapore,

all of us...

but now...

it's just a dream....

cause it will not be complete if you're not with us, tulang...

Rest in peace my dear uncle....

Hope God will show His justice over what happened...

Finally Kent has come to Spore,

and hope the application of his student pass will go smoothly, so he can stay here with us..

The moment he arrived here yesterday, he looked so lost and weird, didn't even want to talk,

but after a while, he can start to be active, and until now, he can't stop talking and..... cooking with his playdoh ! hahhahaa

so noisy walking here and there and shout "ICE CREAM ICE CREAM" >.< mad cuteness!

brought him to eat McDonald breakfast, and I shared big breakfast with him.

I have no idea that he can eat a lot ! He almost finish 1 set by himself! =D

I bet he can gain more weight here with us, the ahbui ahbui jie jie =P

3 of us (mommy, tata, and I) haven't been going out together for quite a long time,

and decided to have a good lunch together last Saturday at Garuda.

Mommy and sister like the foods at Garuda here more than in Medan,

but for me personally, I still like the one in Medan =D

and on Sunday, we went to one of a nursery in Eunos, after our Sunday mass at church.

Ok, looking at the pre school, I really wanna go back to the time when I was just 3 y.o.

The time when I know nothing, think nothing, worried about nothing..

or if I must grow up, can it just stop at primary ?

The time when I went back from school, I found my favourite fruits from grandma...

when I spent all my pocket money to buy fishes and their foods...

when everyone is having their nap while I went cycling alone in the afternoon...

when I waited for my father to coming back from work and bring me to drink coconut juice...

when I spent my whole day with my puppy, yuyuk...

when I hold my grandma to sleep every night and asked her not to leave me...

Universal Studio Part 5 - Madagascar

My sis' camera was actually low batt after we arrived at the last part, which is Madagascar..

so most of the photos were taken with my camera, hehehe...

The river boat ride "A Crate Adventure" has not open lor, think it will be so excited,

a big boat that carries those 4 heroes escape from zoo, hahahaa...

Madagascar is one of the best cartoon, especially the last one with King Julien =P

My sis likes King Julien so much, keep singing his song, and she said must take picture with it!!

we queued for 2 times, but can't manage to take picture with him cause it's the last 5 shots when it comes to our turn :( but, finally can took 1 at the very last minute before we went back ^^ yayyy

Universal Studio Part 4 - Far Far Away

Welcome to Far Far Away =)

It was designed amazingly nice ! The Kingdom looks so real like the one in Shrek movie ^^

and the 4d one is so worth it ! not like dunno what 3d or 4d show in Sentosa which is so expensive yet dissapointed.. :p

So proud that Spore can create this BIG THING :) *ok, I actually scream loudly at the spider part, you'll know that if you happened to watch the 4d show as well* =P

Big thumbs for the 4d adventure^^

but... the "Donkey Live" show was quite boring =="

but the lah lah Sporean part quite funny ;p

I found that Fairy Godmother's Potion Shop is the best merchandise shop there^^

everyone loves ginger bread man !!! :) his name is Gingy in the movie :)

I love Shrek's music! I love it when it was played all around the place, a very very emo music..

Having lunch at Fossil Fuels.. I ordered the children meal, and got this woody woodpecker box :p

and my nuggets!!! all are in dino shape!!! cute hor!!!

think of it now, I feel so regret didn't go to the Discovery Food court, so I don't know what local foods they have there :'(

I think the $66 is worth it because of the mummy ride, this water world attraction, and the shrek 4d show!!

WaterWorld show is sponsored by Singtel, and it reminds me when James tell us the joke of how Singtel wins from m1 because of its colour, and I start to share it with my sis again. hahaha...

Universal Studio Part 2 - Ancient Egypt

What makes it special is the "Revenge of the Mummy" indoor roller coaster ride.

I heard from many of my friends and my sis' friends who have been into USS,

they said this one is a must ride!

so I said to myself no matter how scary it is, I must try..hahhaa...

and..... I swear to myself I would never ever take this ride anymore in the future!!

OMG, was so shocked, it was too scary !!! I shout until I feel so weak.. :(

I was like thinking, what am I doing here? why I take this ride ???!!!! huaaa.......

My sis keep screaming "Jesus Christ" and "Baby, helpppp!!!!" (asking help from her bf)

wakakakakakkaa....

really feel lost after this thrill ride, siao siao siao~~

I wonder how Dewi took this ride for 6 times, cause she said it's the most exciting ride =="

after the first time we took this ride, my sis' bf wanna try again, so he took the second ride alone, and we wait for him outside, haha...

a trip to Universal Studio Singapore

yeah, it's like finally!!

my sis, her bf, and I went to Universal Studio yesterday.

we actually bought the ticket last month, and decide to go there before Chinese New Year,

cause CNY is considered peak, and the ticket will be more expensive.

and I finished my last class on 31st January, so decided to go there on 1st Feb :)

As u know, it rains heavily here in Singapore these days..

and the rain is like 24 hours non-stop! huaaa... we felt so bo pien liao, think that it will rain also on 1st Feb.

My sis and I suffered from a great stomachache, and we felt bo pien also for this :(

pray so hard the day before, and yah, God indeed is very good to us!!!

it didn't rain on 1st Feb!!

my sis and I didn't suffer from stomachache too!!!!

prelim exam is coming.... OMG ... hahhaa..

time really flies, cause I really feel the class just started,

but half a year just passed like that~ ya, just like that~

I'm going to miss my favourite lecturer, James.. sure will miss him.

he is the best lecturer in SIM, as well as Jonathan Peh :)

I'm really happy this week, because James actually likes the hamper homework I made for both. MA and FR

It feels so good when someone you really respect, likes your work.

it's like everything you do is worth it.

I know lah the hamper is for the sake of myself, I do it for myself, my revision, my exam.

but I really never think that it can impressed him.

I'm so happy cause no lecturer has ever paid attention to me like what he did.

He's the most successful, but so down to earth to show care for his students!

I shared it right away with beloved people around me.

My mum said "then you must do your best to prove to him you can do it" ^^

I once met him in front of the class, and he asked me take good care of myself :)

and today when I submit my FR hamper, he said to me that I can get a first honour.

I replied to him that I can't get it anymore cause it's my final year, and I didn't do very well last year.

he said "then get the second upper. I know you can do it. If I'm the examiner, I will sure give you the first honour, but unfortunately I'm not" =P

I'm so happy. It gives me a lot of motivation :)

really I'm so proud that SIM can have such a good lecturer, a point to win from other uni ^^

lovely uncle who sells tissues at Woodland's bus interchange

Dear all my lovely readers,

if it happened that you need tissue papers.. I know everyone does,

but instead of buying them from shops like watsons, guardian, etc,

(I know they sell them in package which is much cheaper),

but you can consider buying from this old uncle,

who sells tissue at woodlands interchange.

I mean, the one at the bus interchange, NOT upstairs near the causeway point.

I love this uncle's spirit and attitude so much!

he never force you to buy, he always just stand there with his sport shoes on,

listen to his songs, wait until you approach him and buy.

HE ALWAYS STAND THERE, not sit...

HE NEVER FORCE YOU, that is the best thing about him.

I bought all my tissues from him, and will always do so in the future..

I really hope you can help me to help him also,

I really have a special kind of feeling towards this uncle, I dunno why..

Please give whatever amount you are willing to give for tissues,

and take the amount you wanna take.

If your intention is to help him, not mainly for the tissues,

please don't take too many from him, so he can sell them to others and make more money =)

He always sell the tissues from afternoon until night, near the fruit stall / clothing or bag stall,

beside berth 6 at the bus interchange :)

I know this uncle because I live in Woodlands, and I have pay attention to him since very long ago..

I can tell that he enjoys what he's doing, he is humble and kind..

there are another tissue sellers, at woodlands also, though sometimes I saw them at Marsiling also,

they're sitting on the wheelchair, but I can see that nothing is wrong with their legs..

they do it like on shift, because I always saw different people in different days in the same wheelchair..

that one I know they're just lazy to stand and sell.

You got legs and lazy ?? Omg...

and they're not so old, still consider young compare to the old uncle who STAND and sells downstairs...

that's why I always feel proud of my father, who is able to do great things,

in his disability condition !

and he never feel down for the way he is, and me too NEVER feel down for being his daughter.

Quite sad after receiving my class test result for FR..
actually I know the result will sure bad, cause I really can't do it that time :p
I got only 7 out of 25 ! :(

but, I saw many Indo students who sit around me in class (about 2-3 rows full of Indonesian students)
all of them got below 10 marks :p
hahaha, so I feel ok, everyone is not prepared that time, not only me, wakakka..

one of them got 9.5, and the others are like saying "WOW, amazing, you can get 9.5!!"
wakkakaa...

the group of those indo students are consider smart lah,
they often clarify doubts with James,
and I see them participate well in the class, they like to teach each other, and
almost everything they discuss about the homework are actually correct and same with James' answer.

but it's still better than my last year's ME prelim result,
I got 8 out of 100 that time!! hahahhaa...
I actually laugh when I received the result, the marker was just strike it off all my answers =="
but then I cried when I arrived home, thinking about how to move from 8 to 34.

after finished my FR class today, I saw many of my RMIT friends waiting outside,

cause their next lesson was in the same lecture theatre.

Then Peter asked me whether James is really killer.

quite amazed, now James is also famous among rmit and uow students, wakaka...

I said to him ya, he's killer but smart.

then we also saw Ivan, and after talking for a while, they had to go for class,

and Ivan said to us "Good luck with James Kwan" loudly

while James was standing not far from us, omg...hahaha...

Things I don't really like.

Hello my lovely readers, I realised that I have been neglecting my blog =P

I need to concentrate on my studies, that is why I tried very hard to control myself over unimportant things,

so I got more times for revising.

but, still, I miss my blog so much, so once in a time while I feel bored, I will still write a post, hehe..

Not feeling well today, dunno why, maybe because of the weather, it has been raining whole day today,

and I went to NLB to return my books this morning without drying my hair,

maybe because of that I catch a cold, and I covered myself with jacket and 2 blankets, sleep for 3 times today, but still feel very weak, and don't feel like doing anything at all.

But when I woke up at 5pm +, I was shocked and realised that today is the day I must start to revise. =="

Many things happened lately, happiness as well as sadness in life.

I really hope my memory can only remember the happiness one and not the sad one,

but I have no control over it, so yahhhh..... still it's part of my life..

wanna share with you things that I don't like, but happened so often in my life, hahaha....

# I don't like people who can't just use toilet properly. Happened so often in my campus, and I was thinking : Hello,,,,, I'm not here to clean the toilet for you! Can u just use properly and clean it before other people using it? =="

# don't like people look at me in mrt. HAHAH!! so Sporean type. but really it's true. Feel irritated every time people look at you in mrt. Is there something wrong with my appearance ? that is why so often people in spore fight just because they look at each other. =P

# I don't like people step on my foot just for the sake of getting into bus. ==" another complaint with public transport, hehe... It's because everyone can still get into the bus, but why must be so kiasu to get in first? especially after Church session, and everyone is rushing to bus stop, so kiasu, don't wanna move inwards when they have got into the bus, and there was this auntie scream madly said that she was late and why everyone doesn't make an effort to move in so that people can get into the bus as well, and it happened like every Sunday! fiuh~

# pimples ! my 2011 resolution is to make myself recover from these irritating pimples that have stayed with me so loyal for few years..wakaka... =P

I can't think of more for now, hahah..

overall I'm quite satisfied with my life now, and TRY not to complaint so much..

hope this year I can be a better person, for my God, my family, my friends, and society.

my sis wanted to try the dessert buffet that he recommend in his blog.

My sis and I are big lover for dessert, so of course I'm interested after she shared about her idea to try,

after we arrived at Four Season, the staff said the tables are fully booked,

reservation is advisable, so we need to wait about half an hour there at the lobby :(

we wanted to postpone it to tomorrow if it's still full at 1, since the buffet will end at 2.30.

but fortunately, we got a place for 2 at 1 oclock :)

anything I tried, I can't left my shokubutsu, I must take bath with it in one of my shower. =P

lastly, Tin2 was craving for Coffee, so we rest at coffee bean lor... :)

Tin2 met up with her friend Elsa, for dinner..

so tata and I went home for finner with mum and dad..

feel so bad mood these days, I dunno why, everything seems done not in the way I want..

first, my thigh bleeds and hurt so badly yesterday! it ruins my mood whole day!
it's because I shave my leg up to thigh everyday, I think I should get better shaver next time!

think she lived ACROSS my block, or maybe 2 blocks away from mine,
but.. she talked so loudly every night! talk like screaming every night,
and I get annoyed because of her!
wanna complaint also dunno where she lives!
can you just show some tolerance to other people who need to live quietly ?!
I thank God that my Indian neighbour who used to be very noisy has moved out.
He used to be my alarm every morning!

third, I was queueing at Astons for dinner with Tata and Tin2,
and there were this group of youth, acted so childish! they queued behind us,
so we must bear with them like an hour! I think more than an hour!
they talked so loudly, said anything under the sun which are not important,
behaved like a kid, even pushing us many times!
they are soooo immature! even the girls.. omg... I dunno, they don't even know how to behave like girls supposed to be!
they even put out their toy, made fun of each other. WTH ???!!!
I think they look like a degree student already, but why behave like that?
one of them even screamed so loudly 'hello, don't watch this movie, it's so bad'
do you think you look cool by screaming like siao kia there?
do you think everybody will pay attention of what you're saying?
go do more creative thing! write a blog and tell people how badly the movie is,
and earn an income from it! not screaming like that and I tell you : no one cares !
they screamed many times right at my ear, because we queued so closely in front of them..
fiuh... and very very unlucky they got seats behind us for the dinner..

I know lah a group of people, when they gathered together, sure make some noise,
but please behaved as you should in your age!
I saw a group of men queued in front of us, behave so mature what,
they're like talking about their activities, having conversation about iphone etc,
and not talk so loudly and not jumping here and there catching attention from people. huh.
why they can't be just like them too?
so annoying!

Good news for me~

the camera I usually used to take pictures of my activities is actually belongs to my sis.

she lend me her camera because I love to blog, and she said that Spore got more pictures to take than Indonesia, so she decided to borrow me, and didn't use any camera back in Indo.

ya, of course I'm so touched lah, cause she spent a lot of money in this Ixus, and she lend me! :)

and now.. guess what...

she decided further to give the camera to me! ^^

it's because she got Lumix camera as her Christmas present from her boyfriend =)

I'm so happy lor, cause it's the first camera I own..

I actually like Samsung st550, cause it got "beauty mode" so I don't need to edit the pictures,

remove my pimples with photoshop, make the pictures brighter, etc... hahhaa...

When I have money in the future, I will sure get a better camera, and return the ixus to my sis,

wakakkaa...

yesterday Tata, Tintin, and I went to Marina Bay Sands.

it's the first time for me and tin2, and the second time for tata.

I remember I shared some photos of MBS when tata went there with ivank and nini last few months... :)

and it's not far if we decided to walk from Parco...

The moment I arrived there, my attention was on these 2 of my favourite pictures of that day...

first one founded on the floor.. SO CUTE!!! it said something like "human can fly, no need to walk"

decided to write a post before we go for Christmas Eve Eucharist at St.Anthony of Padua =)

we spent our day at east coast park this afternoon, after having lunch at toa payoh ^^

had our simple picnic, and I was revising some of my budget there =P

quite stress after knowing the timetable for my exam,

2 subjects in a day (FR and FI) and audit the day after it!

it was like last year when I was having POA and CF together =(

I think they were unlikely to change the timetable anymore... huhu...

it's 3 days to Christmas !!!! ahh, can't wait for it...

and I should arrived 1 hour earlier to church for the Christmas Eve Eucharist on 24th December,

cause I wanna take a good seat, I don't want to end up sitting upstairs like last year..

of course I will go there with Tata, Tintin, mum, and hopefully daddy...

I have prepared my rudolf cardigan and my Christmas earring, awwww <3

yesterday I went to bugis with sis and cousin..

I decide to look for my references (for your info, I need 10 references for my second assignment!)

at bugis' NLB..

I have clarified with Long that if I borrowed the books there, I can return them at Woodland's NLB,

so it won't be so troublesome to bring home those heavy books since I don't have to return them back to bugis =P

Christmas' decorations at bugis are so nice ! especially the Stitch in front of the Intercontinental...

must take picture with it! otherwise your Christmas' pictures won't be considered complete! haha~

I think my fringe is getting long again =P

and my hair grow so fast!! I dunno why my hair and my nails grow very fast, while my friends are quite slow..

I cut my fringe myself 2 times already in this 2 weeks, and I should get it done again next week maybe?

this time can't cut it myself anymore, it will look badly done, hohoho...

as u know, I'm not a fan of Harry potter, different from Tata and Tin2, they are crazy over it!

so we saw this store full of HP, and wanna take pictures with it~

I always like to shop there, cause the things are cheaper there,

my eyes look so sparkling everytime I saw dresses or clothes in $10 =P

this is the first time I went there,

so feel a bit blur blur there, and thanks God can finally find 5 related books for my assignment :)

should find another 5, will try to look for it at SIM's library...

bring lots of books so decide to went home by bus instead of MRT..

I'm used to it, and I always prefer bus to mrt, so quite ok with it,

but tin2 looks so dead, she can't stand to spend such a long time in bus! haha..

and I wrote 6 pages for that question only ;(

still got 59 questions to do, huhu...

will stay at home whole day today, do the hamper as much questions as I can,

so I can have a day out with tata and tin2 again the next day =)

it's the last week of Advent..

today I went to school earlier, cause I wanna do my FI revision at school,

so I was studying at SIM's bench, and there was one guy approaching me for survey (to be honest, I hate this!!)

but bo pien, I'm stuck there and he gave the survey questions right away..

after helping him to answer all the questions, he said that he will call me to tell me which working field I'm suitable in based on the answers I gave.

hmmm, anyway I won't believe in what he tell me later, cause I just anyhow circle circle all the answers,

and some words I don't even know the meaning! wakakakka...

and... he was asking me where I buy my toy story's stationery.. =P

so today is FI class, and I really really feel that my lecturer looks like me,

we have the same hairstyle, her face looks a bit like me, somehow I feel her voice sounds like me,

and SHE IS AS BORING AS ME...

but she's really tall, and I love the way she dresses.. =)

my FI class is damn so noisy every week, many people chit chat so loudly,

because they don't give respect to the lecturer, as she is wayyyy tooooo kindddd !!!

this is the first uol class I know that is so noisy, cause usually uol students are so kiasu and kiasi and won't talk in class de.

so this lecturer won't say anything every time she saw people talking,

but I think today she got very annoyed already, and begging us to stop talking because she can't concentrate =(

I think FI is not an easy subject, cause it's compulsory for banking students,

so I found it quite challenging also... when I was so confuse what subject to choose for my elective last few months, every one will suggest to take MSM..

they said MSM is the easiest subject in uol, very easy until uol almost remove the subject away..

many people will score 70 to 80 for that subject..

but...

I can't believe in what people said anymore, cause what I have learned last year.

last year I have a choice to choose between managerial econs (ME) and micro economics.

ok, every body said should choose ME, one of the easiest subject in uol,

even students who don't like to study will get high mark.

so, I happily choose ME.

but guess what ? ME is the only subject that made me cry last year !

it is 100% calculation, and the calculation is mad!

until now, I can't figure out the purpose of having that kind of subject..

I tot I will fail that subject, and I was preparing myself to change to micro if I fail..

lucky can pass lor ! hahhaha...

although I got lowest mark for ME compare to other 3 subjects I have taken..

so I learn not to believe in what people said as easy and not easy,

it's all based on my interest, so I choose FI, and this time I don't regret it ^^

today is a day full of FI, and will continue my revision on risk in banking,

from church, I had my lunch with mum and dad at toa payoh lor 1.

it's a hawker centre, and do not under estimate hawker centre,

cause sometimes they got better foods than restaurants :)

this is one of the best, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ^^

and the service is damn so nice !! better than the soup restaurant I had yesterday..!!

the one who serves drink even ask me "do you know there's one accident happened again, there's this one man commited suicide, jump down from building ?"

I was like hahhhh??? why do you ask me like that? do I have a look that I wanna jump down a building too? hahhaa

but I answered "no uncle, i don't know"

then he said "wah, u never read newspaper one arrr ? how come don't know? sure know right?"

and.... I just smile at him lah =) *ya, I never read newspaper one, hihihhii*

I love the foods more than soup restaurant, and the price is like more than a half cheaper loh! *shock*

there are many hawkers that serve good foods here in Sg, and the one I like most is

Lavender Food Square...

if you happened to go there, do try the long queue wantan noodle, the beef rice/beef noodle, dim sum, and the curry stall... ^^

after lunch, heading to Anchor point, then to Plaza Singapura...

after walking for a while, I saw people carrying "gong cha" milk tea around,

and I remember Long said should try gong cha lorr, so I asked mum to accompany me looking for it.

usually the snacks and drinks are in b2, so I went around b2, and only find "each a cup"

so I said to mum oh maybe I see wrongly, maybe it's each a cup :(

but after a while, I heard people say "GONG CHA" when they walk through me,

and I said to mum "nah see, got gong cha hereeeee"

so that is when I feel my bb is very very useful, hahhaa...

google it right away "gong cha at plaza singapura" ;P

then all information come out, so I know it's located OUTSIDE Plaza Singapura.. hoho...

queue there for a while, and they said the waiting time is 25 minutes :)

the fact is it's really nice !!! I love it more than KOI,

but I bought the one without the bubbles, cause I don't like to eat the pearl anyway~

but it has one thing lose to KOI - the way they call for the queue...

KOI use numbers, and the numbers called will shown in the machine like I show you on previous posts,

but Gong Cha,,,, oh my God, the girl who works inside must shout for the numbers !!!

I saw her very tired and took pity on her loh, cause sometimes the number she called won't turn up,

and she has to shout so many times :(

If I'm her, I will surely quit the job and work for KOI, hahahhaa...

unless there is bonus given for shouting like that, then I will consider, wakakkakaa....

ahhhh,,, I have a lot to share today, think I should divide into several posts,

otherwise it will be a very long post =)

I have no idea how to start, I feel very very happy today, feel like a princess for a day,

it is one of the best birthday I ever had.. not about the celebration, but the feeling deep inside my heart ^^

first of all, I feel soooo excited cause my mum and dad took a day off, and accompany me to church :)

(usually I go alone)

I like the fact that my birthday is on Sunday, so I can personally pray for my bday wishes at church..

took some pictures before heading to my lovely St.Anthony of Padua ^^

ok I will add one more wish for my bday, which is to gain 4 more kg !!! so that I will look "normal" :(

Mom sometimes will accompany me to church, she's quite familiar with the Eucharist, but not my daddy..

Daddy looks so lost, ehhehehe... but at least I feel so blessed to have a Sunday mass with them <3

I feel like wanna cry cause of joy I got today, I really think of what can I do to thank my God ?

I once sent an email to the church, saying that I wanna be one of the Sunday collector there,

cause I really want to serve God... and I can't do other services lorr,

can't join choir cause MY VOICE IS HORRIBLE...

can't do reading cause MY ENGLISH - SPEAKING IS BAD :(

but they didn't reply me, so I assume they only want Sporean...

the priest today said, he wanted us to go back,

write our family's name in a piece of paper with love shape, star shape, cloud shape, or whatever nice shapes,

10cm x 10 cm, and bring it to the church next week,

and they can collect and use them as decorations for Christmas, I think they will hang them on the church's trees (not a real tree I mean, but the decoration)

it will means that all of us are family and will be blessed =)

I'm so excited already to make mine, and I won't only write my family's name, but I will include some of my friends also, cause I want them to be blessed too ^^

but.....

NEXT SUNDAY I HAVE CLASS !!!! Sianzzzz....

I will surely skip if it's audit or FI, but it's James' class :( I will lost if I skip :(

so I will make my "family and friends" and ask my sis and cousin to submit it for me next week :)

don't tell me the world will come to the end on 12-12-2012 !! it's my 24th birthday, hahaha

finally I'm 22, but yet still achieve nothing in my life, bring nothing to my family :(

but I'm very thankful to God, for everything in my life,

and I realise many people do care for me...

aiyooo, so old already lorrr, and I'm still act like 5 years old girl,

will still stand in front of dvd shop and watch cartoon there,

look everywhere for toy story's and hello kitty's things,

crybaby, never think like adult...

I think it's the right time to be more mature :)

have some wishes for my birthday, and I really wish all of them can be fullfiled...

1. hope I can find someone who can truly love me and accept me the way I am, and be together forever....

2. wish my sister can stay in Sg too

3. wish my family healthy and wealthy.. I love them too much. All of them...

so this evening my uncle asked me to had early celebration with mum also,

and we had our early dinner at Soup Restaurant, Woodlands..

my uncle is really really really a nice guy,

today I got no class, and the make up class is on 17th December,,,

so decided to have a refreshing day with Dewi =) actually everyday seems like a relax day for me, hehehe...

went to Orchard, and still remember yesterday James said "Don't let me catch you all at Orchard 2morrow"

and I still remember daddy's face when I went out this morning, and he asked "where do you go? go library to study with dewi?"

me : "no daddy, go Orchard"

daddy : "oh, ok" ---> with a face full of disappointment... hahaha...

I met Dewi at The Heeren, and she wanted to have her haircut at Urbanhair,

so I was waiting for her about 1 hour, and I spent it by revising my FR at McD..

make use of the time given okay? hahaha...

seriously, I can concentrate more on my studies if I do it outside, rather than at home,

cause there is so many temptation for me not to study, and the biggest one is my BED. hehehe...

I can finished one article at mrt from Woodland to Orchard, which is about 35 minutes,

and if I do it at home, I may be spending more than 1 hour, wakakka...

after Dewi's haircut, we had our lunch at ayam penyet President "again" :)

and I ordered its fried rice "again"..

Dewi ordered the grilled chicken, and she said it tasted so nice :)

I love this year's teddy decoration for Christmas at Takashimaya,

so colourful, and....

I MUST TAKE PICTURES OF ALL CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS with my sis and my cousin when they come here for holiday later :)

and I do love this Santa =) looks so pervert here, hahahahahhahahahahhaa

bear with my posts until May okay ?? (IF I PASS)

so.. I feel better today, and decided to still go for class.. audit class :)

I consider audit as my favourite subject this year..

the class is actually very relax..

instead of 3.30, usually it starts at 3.40.. break time is usually 10-15 minutes, but we have 25 minutes break :)

and the class will finish at 6.10 or 6.15 instead of 6.30 =)

so total effective time is just 2 and a half hour ^^

no assignments given, and the class test is open book, hahhaa..

and the lecturer always said no need to memorise, no need to be so stress...

I heard other classes with other lecturer are quite stressful,

but maybe we are the one who may suffer more in exam... =P

but.......

I love my lecturer, Jabbar :)

although the time he took for lecture is quite short,

but I can understand and still remember every single thing he taught,

no point getting long lecture if I can't get the point is it ? :)

so yah... I always excited for audit class, don't wanna miss it,

cause I like the way he tell us a lot of stories and his experience in audit firm for more than 10 years...

another happy news for me is that my sister has decided to come Sg for Christmas !!

so excited that I won't be lonely for this year's Christmas =)

that's all for today, cause I need to revise for MA's class tomorrow...

I was awake at 3 am ++ cause my head suddenly hurts like hell~~

last 2 months I already feel something is wrong with my head, cause I feel like wanna fainted so many times,

it's like everything seems blur and shaking for about 1 minute, then back to normal again..

that time it was happened like few times a week,

but I didn't tell my parents cause I don't want them to worry,

and they will surely ask me to see doctor, which is what I'm scared of...

once it happened at school, and Dewi was very shocked, she was so afraid that I might fainted,

and she can't carry me on =P

but suddenly it stops just like that,,,

until yesterday... after James' class, I feel that my head got a big ball, dunno what it is,

and it starts to hurt, but I ignore it, because I tot maybe I was too stress,

but it hurts until today =(

and the worse is : it hurts when I sleep, and not when I sit...

so I was awake, feel so hurt, and my mum just made me milo to drink,

and she asked me not to go to school today,

(maybe she is afraid that I might pingsan on the road, haha.. and I'm sure no one wants to help me if I really fainted, cause 3 years back I was fainted on the road and my mum was screaming for help, but u know what??? people are now very cruel, they are just passing by and look at you, but won't help you)

she will back early and massage me cause she feels maybe I'm too stressful..

actually I don't think it's because I'm stress, cause I didn't feel it at all,

no pressure on my studies lately.. so... yahh... dunno what disease I'm suffering from..

now it's 5.30 am, and I am very scared to sleep cause it hurts, so I just sit in front of my lappie,

and maybe will continue on my MA assignment.. fiuh...

hope I'm okay, I don't want to die so early lahhhh, haven't graduated !! hahhaa...

KOI

all of you must be aware that... bubble drinks are now very famous here..

almost everywhere you can see people drinking those pearl drinks, especially in SIM,

very sianzz, any part you go sure got people drinking KOI, or the bubble milk tea from canteen =P

actually I'm not a fan of it, I rarely drink those funny funny bubble tea with lots of different flavour..

but I'm now very curious about how KOI milk tea taste like, cause everyone is so crazy about it,

and I heard that people have to queue for hours just to get a drink from KOI.

So I said to Dewi : "OK, I MUST TRY KOI" hahahhaa...

we decided to go Clementi today, we had lots of time before class, since FI class is at 3.30...

but before that, Dewi met me at Woodlands and we had our ayam penyet lunch together first.

I never bring my camera to school, so pictures today were taken with my bb..

Dewi queueing... anyway, she looks so pretty today, dunno maybe today is a special occasion for her ? hhahaha...

Ok, you might say I'm very suaku, first time trying KOI after so long... where have I been??? hahhaa...

I just know buying bubble tea also must queue with numbers ? I tot only wantan noodle in Old Airport Road queue like that? wkwkwkwk...

Ok, the number show 168, and we got number 197 !!! queue like siao kia there...

and finally got my VANILLA MILK TEA =)

drink it after arriving at SIM..

Maybe KOI is so special because we can choose our sugar level,

whether we want it 100%, less sugar 70%, half 50%, quarter 20% or no sugar 0%.

hardly got people want 0% one lah I think..

I love sweet sweet thing~~ so I choose 100%, and Dewi go for 70%.

I asked Dewi what size we have to get, she said we queue for so long and only buy the small size is not so worth it, so we buy the large size, which cost $4.30.. (the small size is $2.9)

still it's more expensive than other bubble tea, like maybe sweet talk??

we arrived SIM at about 2.15, still early... and guess whattttt ????

Dewi forgot to bring her assignment !!! today is our submission date for FI assignment,,,

actually I also forgot that today is the day, but I do bring it,

cause I finished it like few weeks ago, and I always put it together with my notes in the file,

so surely will bring it for every FI lessons...

then I accompany Dewi to take cab and went all the way back to bukit panjang,

to take her assignment =)

and luckily we didn't late for class, hehehe...

FI class is getting stressful :(

following the subject guide, it almost come to the end and it's just left with 2 more chapters,

so the topic is getting harder, and we have to concentrate more in class :(

must really understand and study well for FI, as I can only depends on FI and audit to score for this year.

feels so tired, but happy to spend my day with Dewi, almost like keliling Spore today =P

Ok, have another big shock today~

James has told us that the Christmas' hamper will be questions for us to do,

and we can download it at portal on 23rd December =(

and the bad news is....

he will call people who didn't do well for the test, to queue and submit first....!!

I feel like wanna jump to a lake after hearing that..

sure I'm one of those who will be called first :(

17 December is Dewi's birthday,

and I think she's so pity lorr, cause that day is the submission date for our assignment,

and we have another make up class until 10pm..

so yah.. will stay at school whole day like the other day I share with you....

Dewi will spent her 21 birthday with James Kwan whole day, so lucky and exciting horr ??? =P

oh ya, another info is Romeo didn't win the star search yesterday,

and the one who I support won !! =D
